nobody so far designed a plastic part that fits around the hatch and cover the sides and lower part ? should be possible to come up with a 3rd printing? I am in if somebody has that for sale

I've got the half cover on mine. Doesn't look like nonsense and I don't believe there's any harm in the sides and underside being exposed.

However, solid data points and valid information is always nice. The TLC does not need any fluf promotion for a good product. The back flap or what you call it. Is useful for multipurpose, and handy. For certain.

He mentioned needing an electric grease gun or similar to cycle the grease in the drive shaft? No one has mentioned this as an issue while doing this service. Can anyone confirm or deny this is an issue? (I am about to do this service shortly and was planning on just using a hand pump).

I and others have used standard hand pump grease guns without issue- there is a thread "Lubrication Points" under Maintenance in which some have provided details on this.

Interesting he is not familiar with a Helmholtz resonator on the performance exhaust. Reduces drone, although not nearly enough apparently!
