I personally prefer having all black interiors for the long term. While I like the look of lighter interiors on the showroom floor, you cannot keep them looking new and sharp no matter what you use to clean them.There might be some misgivings about the interior being all black and mostly plastic. Not by me - I see that Toyota is using durable, easy to clean materials there, and the plastic is of high quality. I had a Tahoe before, and while I liked it a lot overall, the plastic quality was inferior to what I have in this LC.
Also, to my eyes as very “lux” interiors with lots of over the top wood and leather begin to age, they look a little ridiculous. I’m fine with what this car has.
Agreed, the wood elements in vehicles have been overdone, date quickly, and are reminiscent of a monthly payment furniture store.
