How to escalate with Toyota and get Toyota to address busy suspension issues? 2 Dealer trips and they wont do anything.

Thanks for this - it makes a lot of sense! My 2025 has 10K miles. The road "noise" oddly gets better at higher speeds. I will definitely try 31 PSI! I keep assuming it's that something is loose or damaged - steering rack or suspension or a wheel/tire issue. I have never had much trouble with my past trucks/cars - this has been the biggest troubleshooting rig I have ever owned... so, I am still learning. This is very helpful, thank you!
Have you had a 4 wheel alignment done? Full time 4WD has your front tires pulling all the time, not coasting as in RWD or P/T 4WD. F/T 4WD can really wear tires differently if things get out of whack. Once you put incorrect wear on tires they will talk. Type of tire, tread depth, air pressure, wear pattern & alignment can make tires give different feedback & noise.
