This is a no-brainer 5 minute upgrade from the quiet, terrible-sounding OEM horn. Highly recommend for sound and safety.
Hella horn upgrade.

I ordered the Hella horn, and it’s coming from Spain! It should arrive on Tuesday.
It is a super quick upgrade!
Is there a consensus on whether the premium Toyota upgrade, or the Hella Horn upgrade is best?
Second this- is there any dB data on which is loudest?

I tried both and went with the Hella. I saw 118 db online somewhere, but there’s no way it’s that loud. It’s not loud but I think it sounds better than the OEM horns whether original or upgraded.

I just installed my hella horn! It was very simple. Plug and play! The only kinda of “difficult” part was plugging the plastic cover rivets back in and that was pretty simple once you figured out NOT to push middle in all the way down. It sounds sooooooo much better than the roadrunner sound (meep meep).
Swapped the Hella horn and immediately went to Home Depot to pick up supplies. I Followed a car into the parking lot and I’ll be darned if the car in front of me threw it in reverse without looking. New horn worked!!!! You never know when you’ll need the horn and when you do, this one did the job 
The good news is following the video instructions made everything a snap! The bad news is I was shipped the BMW horns. Amazon is shipping me replacements.
So I installed the horn yesterday. It was in my LC 30 minutes after FedEx dropped it off, a super simple install. I just installed the driver’s side horn ‘backwards’ like suggested in the video and it made things simple.

Note that the horns are visible through the grill and that installation will show asymmetrically installed horns. I tried that at first but could not live with it. You can flip the driver's side around by releasing the clip on the harness on that side and/or installing a little bridge wiring.
So Amazon refunded my money for the incorrectly purchased horns (BMW) that were sent, but they didn’t require that I return them. It looks like I’ll offer them in the free section of my local Craigslist. I don’t want the karma of selling something that I got for free.

Tried installing those horns from the link and they didn’t work I noticed they say BX horns on amazon but box I received says TE26
