🛠️ What Have You Done To Your LC250 Today?

Today was a big day.. I've had LC for 9 days and I mounted inside a drawer system that I built myself from scratch. It was heavily influenced by AirDownGearUp design, but I added some personal touches.

It was the first time I painted with raptor paint, so it shows, but I'm pretty happy with the final result. The fridge is 30L Dometic. Ecoflow battery fits exactly behind it, current position of the battery was just for testing. I still have to do some fixes to make the table slide out easier.

Stuff I used for the system:
3D scanned boot space from dealer test vehicle with android app Polycam. Not really 3D scan, but photogrammetry.
3D modelled element in Blender
9-12mm plywood
30x30 aluminium extrusions
Bunch of different aluminum profiles - I had them anodized black
Raptor paint (rattle-can)
Heavy duty drawer slides (big one is for 220kg)
Awesome! Best DIY! 2 thumbs up 👍 👍

Nice work, I use an EchoFlow to run my 45 Engel Frig. I also have Goose Gear rear Plate System. My frig is on a slide.

Pretty slick build!

DIY ceramic coated with Gyeon Mohs Evo and Gyeon trim. Did single stage polish prior.
Pretty happy the way it turned out though for some reason you do get some hazing with the Gyeon Trim on the mud flap plastics.

Two things:
1) Love the handle. My cruiser’s name is “Bruiser Cruiser”.
2) pulled the trigger on these, excellent find so thank you for sharing. Has the smell of chemical warfare dissipated for you yet? Assume it’s the rubber inserts, holy hell they stink.

Haha. Glad it could help and that they worked out for you! As far as any chemical smell, i haven’t experienced anything too offensive. But, I washed everything thoroughly in mild dish soap before installing.

Also, I still have less than a 1000 miles on my truck, so it might be intermingling with some of the remaining “new car” smell.

Installed the rear diff breather extension and ran it up the drivers side to just under the brake reservoir. Took less than an hour. Getting pictures that aren’t confusing was difficult🤣
This is the kit Toyota Diff Breather Extension Kit
Plus 13 feet of hose from local parts store

Just ordered so I can do same. Would you mind sharing what gauge / length hose you used, so I can save some calculations?
