🛠️ What Have You Done To Your LC250 Today?

I did indeed add a glossy grill overlay I found online. I got it at this AU website Toyota Land Cruiser Prado 250 Series Front Grill Blackout Kit - 21 Overlays

You can prob find cheaper ones on eBay from China but I am not sure about the quality on those. Could be one and the same to be honest.
Thank you! Looks great! I’ve seen some
Of the eBay ones but honestly didn’t trust them. This one looks really nice though. I see a matte version on their site but leaning gloss sometimes up with the little hood area

I get all different pricing there. Starts at $94. When I put in cart goes to $144. Is this USD or AUS$? And how much was shipping? I really like your look.
Same thing happened to me so very interested. It also said I was getting free shipping with my US address, I can’t imagine that’s the case.

Well today I installed my Diode Dynamics SS5 light bar. I designed and had fabricated some mounts. I also installed the Diode Dynamics fog lights. It looks really good I think. Couldn’t get a pic with them all on as it started raining. More photos to come. Also when removing the bumper on the 1958 model LC it does not have the connector to disconnect on the drivers side only one connector on the passenger side.
This looks so good

Thank you! The website I linked automatically detects your region and adjusts prices from AUD to USD.

I paid 144$ with free shipping to NY in total. I have no clue if they would charge for shipping to other states but don’t see why they would.

I responded to earlier an comment but website automatically changed pricing to reflect USD.

Did you have to replace the Toyota logo or is it built in?

This was not a grill replacement, two pieces are overlaid on top of the original grill (top and bottom). The Toyota logo stays as is, I used a separate black decal on top of the letters.

Installed JDM OEM illuminated door sills. Extremely easy upgrade, took less than 10 minutes. I followed the instructions in this great video:

Due to the need to replace a gfci in my kitchen and also replace the kitchen faucet and sink I conquered Home Depot twice and Lowe’s twice more. Because, you know, the more trips you have to make back to the store, the better everything turns out. I’m somewhat handy and I learn from my mistakes so While the projects took from 10 am to 9pm, and involved whacking my granite countertop with a hammer to chip away material to allow the new sink room to fit, I’m about done and everything works. lol.

It did - doors are beautifully engineered but the sound when closing can be a little “tinnie”.

Definite improvement - though haven't achieved the Audi ”whumph”

Will add more Killmat or similar when I have more time - suspect 2 sheets [or more] will produce a better result.

Bad quality I know but I saw this video of an LC250 outside of the US with the soft touch material on the doors.... it made me jealous lol. We only get hard plastics in the US. Anyone know if it's even remotely possible to get these in the US?

I wish we had that color as an option.
