🛠️ What Have You Done To Your LC250 Today?

You replace with same ones ? The ones in your hand are what I used where you have yours and I have thicker ones in my grille. Yours was my inspiration…
The ones in my hand are the old ones. I had 2 that started to have dead LED pixels. I used these new ones with hopes they last longer. They are a little pricey but…
New LED’s

Let me know what you think. I believe I had a bunch of leftovers of the olds ones. I did notice 2 of the LED’s in one of my grille lights is out. I think they literally can just be replaced and plug in so need to swap one out.

Think this is as good as it will get for the rear window cover. Went on Etsy to buy a custom window mesh screen with magnetic attachments. A little annoyed bc I thought they were going to cut it to size and have the magnet/trim pre-done. The corner parts where I have extra magnets were to give it more support to help it stay down.

Going to be nice and breezy on my next camping trip.

Great solution!

It’s given me inspiration to recreate it when I’m in the mood for a sewing project (they strike me from time to time).
Sewing it probably would be the best option. I just use the adhesive from the back of the magnet. If the adhesive stays attached for a year or two, I would say it’s a win.

Today I left work a little early and ugly-packed the LC and jenga’d my son’s Taco bed. I’m heading to the coast along with 6-7 teens for the weekend.

We’ve got a couple gazelles (hub tent for Dad and maybe my youngest if he joins and one gazebo) and a couple dome tents along with an army of chairs 😳

Have fun! I was thinking you were taking a couple of gazelles to eat on first read, and was jealous

Midland sent out a MXT275 GMRS Radio and pretty much excited about the way it turned out on my Land Cruiser.

Currently started working at a Toyota dealer in Ca, just competed my first month. So took advantage of the employee discount. Purchased and had installed a few things since the car still has free oil services.

Got the wife’s LC fully detailed inside and out., had light up doorsills installed, door edge protection, door moldings installed, windshield chip fixed. Oil changed and replaced air filters, had the headlights ppf’d and had all windows programmed to roll down.

We own a premium but purchased it used, just want to get all the little attachments to make it feel fully loaded.

Welcome to asylum.

Slee support brance is on with the red fordged front hooks. Love how the red looks on the white and black color scheme. Plus doesn’t red give it instant 100hp boost 😂.

Finally got around to extending the rear differential breather.

This modification is absolutely necessary if you do water crossings, as the factory breather sits directly on top of the rear axle housing. Extending it just to the frame height adds substantial protection, about equal height to all the other OEM breathers.

Finally installed the 760CCA H6 AGM battery I've had for several months to replace the poverty spec, 550-ish CCA lead acid that Toyota installed.

When I pulled the OEM battery it was at 12.5V.

Whoever designed the tiny battery compartment and hold down arrangement should be placed on trial.
