So I’m new to the mod world and just got my 2026 LC-LC. I ordered the OEM skid plates and rock sliders to install. What tools and or equipment will I need to do the install? Total newbie to the modification world but am really excited about the possibilities!
If you do not already own a decent (not expensive) metric socket set and a decent metric wrench set, you will need one or both. Harbor Freight "Icon" sets are very good tools, not overly expensive. They are good for people just starting on a life long collection. There are many, many other tools you might find useful but most of the true wrenchers started the same way........ one tool set at a time.So I’m new to the mod world and just got my 2026 LC-LC.
