Two thumbs up for this Forum and the insight that enthusiasts offer. I recently acquired a 2025 Heritage Blue Premium 250 and love it. It's sitting beside a 1984 BJ42 that I purchased from a friend/enthusiast 14 years ago. I bought my first 'Cruiser, a BJ70 new in 1986. Since, I've had two other BJ70s (one JDM), a BJ60, FJ40, 45, 55, and FJ Cruiser. Over the past 40 years there's always been one in the driveway. The evolution of technology, engineering, and comfort have been significant! Time will tell whether this 250 lives up to the reliability of predecessors.

Hello all. Thanks for having a place for like minds. Just recently bought a '25 LC 250 - Windchill Pearl with Java and upgraded Nitto tires. Had to drive to Ft Smith Arkansas to get it but we were treated right by that dealership. Have been a member of other Toyota forums in the past. (4Runner and Tacoma - my daily driver). I'm a Toyota enthusiast. I recently counted 14 Toyota purchases in a row. No other brands in that span. This is my wife's daily and I'll be the main communicator with the forum. Hello everyone. Long time listener, first time caller. I am grateful for the information from this community. I am about to be a first time Land Cruiser owner, and first time Toyota. Mine should arrive the end of this month - Black with Java interior. Going to be a bit of a change from my existing daily (Audi RS5) but Iโve had a Jeep JK in the past that I lifted and put on 35โ Mud Terrain tires. I also work in the aftermarket (been going to SEMA for the past ~20 years). Also have an air cooled 911 from the 80s so, if you canโt tell, I am into cars but kind of all over the place. Planned upgrades include: (i) wheels (currently eying Method 703 in Bronze), (II) tires (TBD - I welcome suggestions), (iii) Westcott roof rack, and (iv) probably do an XPEL Stealth PPF.
Some background on my username: it is a double entendre. I am a big fan of Method wheels on 4x4 vehicles and, as noted above, am planning to put them on my LC. But I also grew up in the 90s listening to Wu Tang Clan (Method Man is one of the members of Wu Tang for those of you scratching your head). I also have a long relationship with the founders of Method - have visited them back when their HQ when was in Rancho Dominguez and also in Santa Fe Springs a few times. I thought the name was clever. Maybe it is lame. Who cares?!?

Although I didn't choose Methods for the LC, I have them on my Taco and love them.
New to the forum. 2025 LC Base - never owned an "off roader" before, other than ATV's/SxS's, so some translation, but not really. Looking forward to learning as much as possible and contributing where I can. Already have some questions about wheels and tire setups - go figure, but I'll throw those in the right forum topics after searching for information ahead of that! Located near Pittsburgh, PA.

I went with a Wind Chill Pearl w/ the premium package. As I mentioned in my introduction, it's expected to be used 75% on the road and 25% on "curiosity" drives ... some off-road and lots of Forest Service roads. I'm a retired geologist and still find myself wanting to get closer to the "outcrop". My last Toyota was an 86 4-runner (the picture isn't mine but pretty close to the one we ran for over 240,000 miles. Looking forward to finding out what this one can do.

Hello All! Picked up my first Land Cruiser last week. 2025 Meteor Shower with Premium Package. I love Toyotas. I have owned 4 Tacomas, and currently have a 2024 Tundra Platinum. Had been waiting for the 4 Runner next gen, but after comparing the LC to them, couldn't pass up this awesome ride. So far I have deleted the OEM roof rack, installed the alternate rear bumper diaper and added hood lift cylinders. Been contemplating which lift/wheels/tires to go with. I want a more aggressive stance and a little more clearance. I hope to gain some ideas from you all on which will be best for my needs. Looking forward to new adventures!
