Update NOT Dobinsons IMS59-60441 squeaking. Front swaybar squeak.

If you want to save some money, check out the ARB end link mounts. They drop the frame end mount so the sway bar is back to level with the stock end links.
They’re only like $30.

Good option, won't be perfect but should put you close.

If you were to get adjustable you'd have to ratchet strap the rear suspension on both sides to get it back to OE lift height or load the rear to achieve the same and then disconnect the OE end links at that height to get back to zero preload, release the suspension and adjust the new arms to fit where the sway bar was at OE height if that makes sense?

Makes sense. Sounds like more work than I wanna do . I'll probably get the mounts. I've spent enough $ on this truck this year.

If your LC is parked level, you can disconnect the sway bar end links and move the sway bar by hand.
The bar isn’t preloaded (twisted) unless the suspension is flexed.
If the axle is fully hanging or the truck is loaded so it’s sitting on the bump stops, or anywhere in between, as long as it’s level, there’s no preload in the sway bar.

If you get adjustable end links, you can just set them to be the same amount longer than the stock ones as the amount of lift you added and you’re back to stock sway bar angle.

Figured out what was squeaking after getting someone else to rock the truck while I was under it. It was the front swaybar. I disconnected it and reconnected it and squeak is gone. Very strange.

Started squeaking again as soon as I went down my driveway. Disconnected the sway bar and it stopped. Could it be the front sway bar links?

Weird. Could be anything but the ends of the sway bar links is a good place to start.
Odd that this was fine for months and then started.
Did you do anything with the front sway bar when installing the lift?
Stuff you’ve probably done:
Check that all the bolts are tight.
Make sure nothing is touching a moving part anywhere.

Maybe go back to listening while someone rocks the truck and see if you can isolate the noise further.

When I installed the front shocks I disconnected the sway bar from inside and unbolted the brackets on the left and right sides. I don't exactly remember why but I think to have enough room to slide the shock in without disconnecting the UCAs. I bolted the brackets back up with the rubber bushings around the sway bar how it was before I dropped it out of the way. At this point I don't know if I disconnected the end links as well. I'll have to jack the front up and remove the wheels to get a better idea of what's going on.

Just for fun I sprayed a little silicone spray on the left sway bar end link and no more squeak.

I asked Claude since I don't know shit about suspension and it thinks that since I'm lifted in the front, the angle of the end link has changed from being perpendicular to the sway bar end causing the ball joint to squeak. Sound right?

There are so many people on here running much higher lifts. What are they doing for front end links as I'm not seeing any that are adjustable?

Glad you found the squeak.
The above statement is true, except for the squeak part.
Like you said, lots of people running taller lifts. The links lean pretty far at full droop and full compression, but shouldn't be an issue at ride height.
The only thing I can think of is to loosen the bolt at that end of the link and then tighten it when the truck is at ride height, like you do with control arms after a lift.
Not sure if it's even accessible with the tire on and sitting on the ground.

Finally got around to this. I jacked the truck up, disconnected the stabilizer bar, then unbolted the end link. It moves smoothly and has so wear marks. I didn't notice anything else while I was looking around. I sprayed some silicone on the joints and bolted it back up. I lowered it back to the ground and torqued the bolts. Took it for a test drive and it's still squeaking. It doesn't squeak if the stabilizer is disconnected. Starting to drive me nuts.

Front or rear? Either way I'd get some silicone grease (not spray type) and grease the bushings on the bar itself not the end link bushings but the ones bolted to the axle. Probably best to unbolt the bushing holders pull the bushings (they should be split at the top) and remove and grease the insides and then reinstall. You could probably even find bushing mounts with grease zerks and a replacement set of bushing that have a grease hole to accommodate greasing the bushings if you were so inclined and took measurements to see what you need.

EDIT: saw you title says front, if you have SWB disconnect these are the bushings I'm talking about. I'd need your VIN if you want the bushing part number and diagram for a non-SDM setup.

I can't tell from looking at mine if they are split or would require working them off the bar with the end link removed?

I have the electronic SWB disconnect. Those bushings are split and come off easily. I had the driver's side off when I installed the coilovers. Can't remember if I greased it before I put it back. I can grease it but the squeak is very high pitched and short. It sounds metallic to me. I'll try to get a video with the sound it's making.

You try tapping on the sway bar with dead blow hammer to see if you can reproduce the noise when parked.

I know the sound you're talking about. Those noises usually come from the UCA bushings or shock top and bottom mounts. Guess it could be from the SDM mounting points as well?

I'd also suggest disconnecting one side at time for the end links to see if you can reproduce or eliminate the noise on know section that will cause the noise and again with sway bar disconnected with both sides hooked up if it will occur before the SDM auto connects with your speed?

Any dust inside the bushing on the sway bar can produce that high pitched squeak as well.

I unbolted the SDM mounting points as they have a rubber bushing. They are bone dry from the factory. I added a little grease to the side that holds the swaybar and the side that rests against the metal bracket. Squeak is gone (for now)!
