We are in DFW, in Ellis County! Love love Texas, just hate having to drive so far to get to the mountains
I like going up into Broken Bow, Ouachita National Forest, and the Ozarks.Born and raised in the middle of the oceanfound myself loving the Midwest and I call Houston, home now.
Was told Chickasaw Nation, OK has some nice rock crawling areas.
There’s several decent off road parks in Texas that have some good wheeling.
Hidden Falls Adventure Park in Marble Falls, TX,
Bridgeport OHV Park in Bridgeport, TX
My favorite, Barnwell Mountain RA in Gilmer, TX (home of the
Toyota Jamboree or “Jambo” for the people that frequent it).
Merus Adventure in Claude, TX.
Houston sucks unless you like getting drunk and running your vehicle into trees at one of the several mud parks around here.

I had Merus on there’s. I should’ve included Big Bend but didn’t think about it for whatever reason.

I found some on FB Marketplace for $100 then sold the Predator steps for $400.
I see them all day for around $400. I kept looking for a few weeks until I found someone that basically just wanted to get them out of their garage.
Yeah, I check FB every once in a while. I haven't seen any locally, nothing worth driving more than 90 miles for. I'll keep looking, but if anyone wants to get them out of the garage, let me know.

Jersey village here my friend! And not that I know of, there’s a few who were speaking of a park that’s a few hours from us … otherwise I’ve only been up to Sam Houston forest like FSR roads, so I don’t know how probable a meet up is
Howdy from ATX! Born and raised in Houston and spent some years in Fort Worth. I'm fortunate to spend some good time on dirt in different parts of the state and try to go out to the Rockies at least once a year. I was told by my dealer that my 1958 left on a boat from Tokyo this morning, so just playing the waiting game. I have a good feeling this vehicle is going to suit my needs well. Nice to meet y'all!
I used to have a Tacoma also & I spent a good bit of time at Barnwell when I lived in Shreveport.
I posted a list of multiple OHV parks further back in the thread.
