2025 LC Premium
So in March I purchased a drop in storage tray for the Cool Box on my 2025 LC250 Premium. About a month ago I noticed it was warped and deformed, presumably from the August Kansas heat. The result was that it dropped into the box and was basically wedged into the box. I extracted it, but it took force and there was some cracking heard. I go to their website, use the contact form. Crickets. A week or two later, I send another message through their contact form. More crickets. I look them up on FB and see there is a phone number listed. It goes straight to call failure. Three times in a row. Then I message them on FB and finally hear back, but it is clearly a monitoring service and they forward my issue to StickFab. I finally (been a month?) get an email from Chris the owner who tells me it is past their return window, but that he will ask the manufacturer if they would consider a replacement but couldn't promise me anything! For $50 that was a complete rip off. I am simply alerting people to exercise caution when dealing with that "Company." As a business owner myself, it is a joke that people start businesses and can't actually support their products and customers.

They are a site sponsor here so it is definitely in their interest to get you sorted. They should be responsive but also - a piece of 3d printed plastic may not be reasonably expected to withstand sustained high temps 🤷. Also sending you a PM of another route you may consider in future.

What say you, @StickerFab ?

Sorry to read about your bad experience. Thanks for alerting the rest of us, though.

I have had good luck direct messaging him through Instagram.
Shouldn’t have to chase a company via social media though, and OP received no support when the owner did eventually reply.

Sounds like a basement business producing 3D printed parts without the necessary R&D to account for actual usage. I'd just chalk it up to experience and move on.

I did one order from stickerfab. It seemed to have been dropped shipped from Ali express.
i ordered replacement stickers for my 24 lc, and they sent me 4runner stuff. never will deal with stickerfab again. failed business.

Similar experience here. They are mostly a drop shipper with mark ups on those products. Half the stuff I ordered fit like crap, I sent it all back for a loss. The only things I kept were the vinyl seatbelt protection pieces and the center console rear vinyl protector piece, along with a Hertitage stripe sticker for the dreaded iforcemax badge.

Only reason I kept the badge is for resale originality. IME LC collectors want all those things and once they get older they are hard to come by and expensive, though the 250 will likely never enter the collector status I kept it just on just in case.

Agree with @Bad1975. Some businesses function as a marketplace and maintain an inventory of reputable brands they’re willing to stand behind (@Matthew@LC250Mods comes to mind). Unfortunately, @StickerFab is simply a drop-ship seller w/ substantial profit margin. No overhead for them, and items are only warrantied through the businesses they drop-ship to you from. I’m 100% convinced the majority of these vendors are alixexpress, temu, and maybe amazon or something similar to etsy.

FWIW, my orders from them include an interior button decal sheet (was creased and obviously cheap crap I immediately tossed), a console tray that was so slow to ship that I forgot about it and had already gone to amazon to fulfill (also cheaper in comparison), and a tri color grille emblem that turned white within a season (do this mod right and go straight to the best: tacovinyl.com). All total wastes of my money. Unfortunately, someone being a supporting vendor is not always synonymous with being worthy of your business. Some are just trash (here) and some are proven to be ethically “fluid” (Plomor).

I also bought a tray insert from them and it took so long I forgot about it before I ordered one from Amazon! I’m glad you mentioned L250Mods.com, I PM’d them to OP as a great source of parts. We gotta prop up the vendors who do right by the communities they sell to.

Thank you for the vote of confidence! I'll keep doing my best to earn it.
