Show us your LITS (LandCruisers in the snow)

Long time no see! Lets resurrect this thread. I go first 🤩

Today, on our way home from kinda fishing/campfiring (at a lower elevation) we've made a bit of a hook and stopped by to stare at first(?) snow of the season (at a higher elevation).

On semi-related note, on our way home engine temperature was around 3/8 of the gauge, normally it is dead center for me. Maybe related to snow stuck in radiator and between engine oil pan and skid plate (it is transmission on the photo below, I was too lazy to dig all the way to the engine) 🤔 Oh, and of course Toyota safety sense went bonkers once snow covered all the sensors 😅

Where is this?

First snow of the season yesterday, celebrated by driving an unplowed road to a favorite trailhead and hiking from there. Pic shows LC with Hahns Peak fire lookout above.

I hit lots of snow Sunday too (10/12/25) first snow of the season. I wasn't in my landcruiser though. This is highway 20 in WA state.

I climbed to that lookout with my parents when I was 9 years old in 1980. Our family hung out around Steamboat a lot and we made a run at living up there at one point.

No problem. Yours looks awesome too - fellow Underground owner, it’s my favorite!
