Installed Ancel BS2000.
Our LC is daily driver for wife doing home health visits. Know the OE battery has a limited life, so better than calling roadside assistance who probably wouldn’t have a clue how to jump a LC, decided to try the BS2000.
Hope we never need find ourselves needing it, but nice insurance. This is how I did the install:

Hope we never need find ourselves needing it, but nice insurance. This is how I did the install:
- LC makes for a very easy install - 1 out of 5
- Took less than 10 min
- Removed battery/jack cover in cargo area
- Pull red positive battery shield off connection
- Loosened 12mm nut on + battery cable end & installed red positive BS2000 lead, retightened
- Same for negative lead
- Pulled battery shield/membrane back down & placed BS2000 on top on battery lengthwise, angled front edge up
- Replaced cargo plastic cover
- Downloaded app, connected w/ iPhone by BT
- Got monitored info within seconds.
