TLDR: 2026 Land Cruiser 1958 Ice Cap $63,500 firm 3364 miles. $17k+ in mods

Build thread here:

I had every intention of buying and keeping this until the wheels fell off. But I’m a tried and true car guy and now that my vision of the build is done I’m getting bored. In service date of 3/23/2026. Have not used any of the new car included maintenances. Has 3364 miles. Mileage will go up albeit slowly. It’s not my daily so it doesn’t get driven but a couple times a week. Properly broken in and liquimoly oil change at 1600 miles. Everything properly sorted. Zero issues. Non smoker. Never seen rain or off-road. Never eaten in. No kids. Passenger seat has rarely ever been sat in. Title in hand. No part outs. Not in a hurry and not even sure I'm gonna go and buy the LX700H. I understand mods aren't of much value for resale, however this is to me a very very well curated build with top notch parts, for the right buyer this is an extremely well sorted and turn key for a practically new car. $63,500 firm. i have 17K+ in just parts. about 21k including labor. I would ask the community to refrain from comments about the price being too high. To me this is still a really good value given the amount of work and parts the car has. This build isn’t for everyone but for the right buyer it’s a great deal. For all the guys that mod their cars it’s not just the money but the time and logistics to get everything done right is the biggest investment. I will say i'm a very anal individual to the point that every nut and bolt has been torqued to factory spec and i double checked even down to the skid plate bolts being 21ft/lbs

New Build included Illuminated door sills, all weather floor and cargo mats, roof rack, tailgate light, and black iforce max badge overlay.

Yeah the comment made me way over analyze it because it seems very reasonable, especially because some of this kit is high quality stuff barely used. Not in the slightest a wild price - you’re going to Streisand effect yourself!

Thanks for the comments guys. Especially given you guys are kind of pillars of the community. I do feel like if I was in the market I would jump all over this at this price. Reality is this would cost around 80k to get a new car to this build. But again I’m not the normal buyer. I was on bring a trailer and was trying to purchase a modified 2005 s2k. 30k miles. It went for 44,500. Market value was really high 30’s at best but the appeal to me was how well sorted it was. Nice forged wheels. Ohlins suspension. All the normal problem areas addressed. It was just so well maintained and just an extremely well sorted car. And to me that was well worth the price. I got outbid by $250 at the last second and I’m still kicking myself. I do feel like if there’s another car guy out there like me they’d be highly motivated for this example.

At the end of the day I’m trying to make it make sense for me financially to get an lx700h. I know I’m losing money on this build but at the same time this build was never intended for anyone but me so if it sells great and I’ll get the lx700. But if it doesn’t I still really do like the car and I’d see myself driving it a long time. But if the opportunity is there for me to get something else and pass on a great build to another enthusiast it’s a win win

People are buying brand new 1958s for 60+. I’d say your price is super reasonable. I would advise that you make the price easier to find, it’s just kind of lost in the body there. Good luck!
