Hopefully they can just swap a solenoid or something that doesnt involve major surgery and get you on your way. Sorry to hear this.

So the pump arrived but the gasket is back ordered. Waiting for an updated eta.
Then once all that arrives I'll find out of the transmission is smoked

On the bright side (if there is one), at least you know you'll have a good pump, unlike the rest of us praying it doesn't fail 1500 miles from home on a trail somewhere.Not looking good ahaha

Very true! Just hope it comes back running fine and doesn't take months to get parts.
Just to update everyone, My car had no debris inside the transmission fluid when they dropped the pan.
They replaced the pump and gasket, and test drove 300 miles and said its all set for pickup tomorrow.
I love this car but kinda hesitant if i want to keep it or trade while the value near me is high..
Will let everyone know how it goes with the pickup tomorrow.

Yeah kinda crazy, honestly not too happy with the entire situation and how it was handled as a whole. Had issues with my 24 Tacoma that I traded for this, and now this
