Mine is garage kept and now has 1200 miles on it. I got it in mid May of '25. I'll take the it in Monday morning. I suspect they will just look at it and the paperwork I'm bringing. Hopefully they will order parts at that time.
Probably not. But you will get some free brake pad shims within 36 months or 36,000 miles.
I was informed of the same. While the TSB was not even published in this region. It took multiple attempts to explain the issue. Any personal video of the same nature may serve as evidence. Afterward, the technical team conducts a review and investigation to secure approval. It took approximately 10-15 days for them to respond. Furthermore, it took an extra three weeks to receive the components.
The truck was left for a day & delivered next day after the parts have been replaced. I believe that these are determined on a case-by-case basis. Occasionally, these squeals do not occur at the investigation site (Murphy's Law

I just played this video for my service advisor and she needed no further convincing. But, parts back ordered and no ETA, nor do I know how many others are in line in front of me.
That's some good footage and very similar to what mine does. Yours is an FE as well, yes?
Yes FE. I have a Ring camera on my detached garage facing down the driveway and another on the house facing the garage, so I saved the same backing up from two angles. It was even louder on the other cam as the noise was closer to the mic.
Update on squeal....
My appointment for the squeal was today, 8/11/25. I was asked to bring the pdf (from here) that I have. They looked into the issue. They fixed it!
Now......my question is are these parts always at dealerships? OR did they just blow smoke and my LC will squeak again?
Just wondering if the parts are "stock". I'm asking because some of you have said that your parts are backordered.
I know, if it squeaks, I call.......I have their receipt and the pdf from here.

Part numbers should be on your receipt and could be compared to the TSB part numbers..........
I'm curious about mine. I always back into my driveway in case my wife get's after me about the bill for the latest LC accessory I bought and I need to make a quick getaway. 
More seriously, we have a ton of kids in the neighborhood so I prefer to back in to the driveway rather than out of the driveway where there might be a 6 year old on a bike that I didn't see.
Anyway, I haven't heard that kind of squeal even once (I'm at 23K miles) and I'm wondering if it's because I'm always pulling out and when coming up to the stop sign down the road, the issue is gone because things have been sorted out by going forward instead of reverse. I might start parking differently for a bit to see if I hear the issue.

It seems like the parts that the TSB calls for are not normally in stock. I was actually given 2 options: Wait for the TSB recommended shims/fix from Japan or, if I didn't want to wait, they had another fix which would maybe take care of it. The difference was one way was covered by the warranty and the other wasn't and would be out of pocket. I figure I paid enough for this vehicle so I am gonna wait. I figure if the "official fix" doesn't last then its on Toyota.
I don't know anything about the matching of parts between the two options. All I can say is what I was told. Out of the 5 dealers in my area, the dealer that told me this is the ONLY dealer near me willing to say anything about the squeal. Because of this, I went with them.

700 miles in and went to dealer today. TSB parts on order.
Called my dealer yesterday and they knew nothing about it. I gave them them the TSB information and still they said " this doesn't apply to your VIN" and we have not heard about this.
One e-mail to Toyota Brand Engagement, and 24 hours later my dealer calls to schedule the service. Ordering parts and scheduled three weeks from now. (Its actually still in the body shop from my unfortunate front collision, but hood arrives today and all 100 other parts already arrived, so hopefully I'll have her back in two weeks!)

I got the "doesn't seem to apply to your VIN" nonsense too. Since the TSB states that it includes 2024-2025 Land Cruisers, I asked the service rep why my brake squealing 2024 Land Cruiser would not be included - after a long pause, he said "it must be a mistake" and ordered my parts.
Well, while visiting my parents who have a longer driveway, I've noticed the squeal while backing out of the driveway. Guess I'll be talking to the dealer. I can confirm the TSB improves the squealing of braking, but does not fix it entirely. I got it installed around 10 days ago. It's for the front brakes only. Maybe they will release something for the rear brakes as well.
