1995 RHD Turbo Diesel - Slow Interior Heating

New Member / new LC owner. Thanks for having me.

My JDM import takes 15 - 20 minutes to begin throwing heat into the interior.

Is this typical? Could the thermostat need replacing? If typical what solutions are there aside from heated seat covers, etc?

Maybe thermostat missing? Not familiar with that generation. Follow the hoses from engine to heater box and feel the temps along the way as engine warms up to troubleshoot.
