My GCC spec LC250 + Quick mods

@GP486 need some help. I was going through your part numbers and diagram that you posted. However, I was not able to understand which one are the part # for the Left and Right of this piece of plastic for the third row seat belts that I have marked in the pic.

Can you help me with that?

Thanks.
As far as I can tell, it comes as part of the seat belt assembly that I already listed. 73570-60300-C1 (left) and 73560-60310-C1 (right).

It seems you cannot slide that plastic part out of the seat belt and so it comes already inside it.

Did you encounter this issue:

Here you go:
LUCKVIEW Baby Car Camera for 2... Amazon.com

I didnt encounter that same issue with the screen, but I get some occasional problems with Carplay and I reset it the same way by holding the volume knob..

Installed the illuminated door sills, new wheel caps and the cup holder organizer 😁

Very nice mods. And a big fan of the color, it was our first choice but the dealership only had these with a black interior which was a no-go for my wife.

What do you make of the engine? Especially the fact that we do not get hybrid. I think it would be sufficient for most of our daily activities but a bit concerned to take it in the desert, I think it will suffer in the sand.

The engine is solid for daily use—good torque and smooth driving. But for desert, I feel it's gonna struggle a bit compared to the older V6/V8s and the lack of a hybrid option (with instant torque) might hurt here.

I'm sure it can still handle it but you'll definitely feel like it’s working harder.

Did you encounter this issue:

If it's the buzzing sound you are referring to, I have encountered the same issue twice so far. It only goes away by turning the vehicle off and on again, didn't know it was from the screen!

Did you find the issue and resolve it?

I’m taking mine into the desert every week, and it doesn’t struggle at all. It loves the sand! The only short coming is the ride hight - but a 2” lift will fix that very quickly

Thanks for the confirmation. I did not find the solution. In my case, it happens frequently. The issue seems to appear in the Prado's shipped to GCC.

Off course I had to order the door/puddle lights after seeing his. You have a very nice rig.

Added OEM cross bars, honestly I dig the look of it.. Installation took 10 minutes - didnt notice additional highway noise, the LC is already not that quiet anyways..

Yea the volume knob location is perfect, as it can be easily operated by both the driver and the passenger..

I think it can be retrofitted..

Part numbers as far as I could tell are:
Plastic housing: 55405 60590
Volume knob assembly: 86170 60290

Maybe you can wire it in parallel with the current knob?
Happy new year, dis you manage to find a cable or harness for the volume knob? I managed to get and have been starring at it for year now 😀

@GP486 Hello my friend, wishing you a Happy new year!!!
Hope you are doing great. How is your LC 250 , any new mods/accessories added recently...

I was wondering if you can you help me with these two things:

1) I noticed that in your LC that it comes with the HDMI port from the factory. (for me here in North America, we don't get it) Can you help me with the Toyota part numbers for the plastic trim piece that has the ports and the HDMI port.

2) Also another miss for us is no rear fog light in the North American version here. Can you please also look up these parts that I will need to add this fog light. Seems like its two pieces or maybe more (plastic trim housing, the fog light itself, connector wire/ harness....)

Appreciate the help, and thanks in advance.
