I'm beginning to think Toyota stuffed the wrong part into the bag. Seem a 1/1,000,000 occurrence.

Or it’s categorized/defined wrong in their inventory. But it would be all of Toyota if that’s the case.I'm beginning to think Toyota stuffed the wrong part into the bag. Seem a 1/1,000,000 occurrence.
The exact part number can only be found in the EPC of the Toyota Microcat. Otherwise we see two numbers (84012-60B00) (84012-60A90).Or it’s categorized/defined wrong in their inventory. But it would be all of Toyota if that’s the case.
On the off chance that a wormhole has been created in Toyota's inventory, I decided to jump through. I ordered 84012-60A90 today, on the hope that the MTS switch arrives at my nearby parts counter. If it matches the parts inventory description and the MTS button isn't on it, I plan to eat the $25 restocking fee and not purchase the part.Or it’s categorized/defined wrong in their inventory. If it turns out to be the mts button and it actually activates it in a 1958, Toyota is going to be asking themselves "what the hell is wrong with that part that so many people are ordering replacements all of a sudden?!"On the off chance that a wormhole has been created in Toyota's inventory, I decided to jump through. I'll keep everyone posted on the part that arrives. Supposed to be about a week out.

If you are unable to return the part, I am willing to consider purchasing it. I am hoping to activate this part on my empty control
Lol - Lol - exactly right! If it turns out to be the mts button and it actually activates it in a 1958, Toyota is going to be asking themselves "what the hell is wrong with that part that so many people are ordering replacements all of a sudden?!"![]()
Tempting, I'm in the Lynchburg/Tullahoma area so not very far.If anyone near you has a LCLC and would be willing to temp swap it into a 1958...... sure would save a lot of money...............
I'd be willing to pull mine (LC/FE) for anyone in the Huntsville, AL area.
It's a no-go. The 84012-60A90 has the ECT 2nd button and that's all it has, not even the dial. I'm a little surprised the switch that isn't available on US trims showed up at the dealer. This is my best guess as to the part with MTS 84012-60B20. The nice guy at the parts counter said there's no description on -60B20 and it's 1 of 3 parts for the LC. It's conspicuously devoid of details online. Same list price as -60B00.On the off chance that a wormhole has been created in Toyota's inventory, I decided to jump through. What country? This is the part that is installed in my vehicle
I'm from Kazakhstan. Our Land Cruiser 250 is sold under the name Prado. There are a lot of differences in the equipment for the US and for usWhat country?
I'd be willing to bet that if they figure it out, there will be a software patch to disable it. Oh, it will be in some larger software patch that comes out.If it turns out to be the mts button and it actually activates it in a 1958, Toyota is going to be asking themselves "what the hell is wrong with that part that so many people are ordering replacements all of a sudden?!"![]()
So by process of elimination, 60B20 has to be the part we're searching for. I want to try this experiment on mine but, the wife shot it down when I mentioned it lol. It's a no-go.
