🛠️ What Have You Done To Your LC250 Today?

Good week so far. Today I installed half diaper and GX low pro roof rails. Also deleted that terrible iforcemax badge. Tomorrow the Lasfit mats and seat backs arrive. On the short schedule is the GX low pro rack. Long term, Bison Gear has officially shipped my molle panels, shelf and swing divider from Poland.

I wish we had that color as an option.
Newly introduced LC250 2025 Interior color in Dubai - Grey with external legacy Grill and fuel expected range

Added LC250 FE rack to my LC Premium. Took about 30 mins and was very straight forward. Defiantly use RTV when tightening anchor bolts down.

Just joined the forum but getting my alignment done today after lift.

I went with the OME MT64 setup from ARB, rear is fixed at +2" and I have the front set at +2.5". I tried the lowest lift at +1.75" and the highest of +.3" and wasn't happy with the look of either.

Also currently running 285/70R18 Toyo AT3's on the Trailhunter rims and I feel like the +20mm offset is perfect.

Installed the AFE intake as well as both hot and cold side pipes and since I don;t really hot rod the thing around I couldn't tell you if I've noticed a performance difference but there's definitely a bit of airflow noise.

Also, as an FYI, the ICON Front Diff Relo. kit is MEH at best..... Construction of the kit seems solid, however the sleeve in the bushing of the Driver's side mount is easily 1/8" larger dia. hole than the bolt that goes through it. This is where the mount attaches to the tabs on the chassis. Will not be using this and have contacted ICON waiting for a response.

Need photos of your truck, I’m thinking TH wheels on my LC…

I’m going to post a dedicated review after a couple days of heat and settling. Installed the complete set of Lasfit floor mats, cargo mat and seat backs. Initial observations:

1) At $230 shipped for everything, it’s a steal.
2) Material quality seems to be on par with previous Weathertechs I’ve had. It is a little thinner overall, but seems to be very durable.
3) Coverage is excellent
4) Fit is good
5) Lots of looseness and lift (hopefully attributable to #6 below, and corrected with heat or direct sunlight as a backup)
6) Packaging is TERRIBLE. They fold everything and smash it into the smallest possible boxes. The cargo mat is folded into fourths, creating a significant crease with material whitening. I am hoping it reforms with heat, but not confident.

For the cost, based on initial impressions, I’d buy again. I definitely recommend the seat backs and second row floor mats.

what have they named this trim of the PRADO (LC250) in UAE?
Any other additions in the specs (apart from the items you mentioned)......
All the trims levels
Base is TXR
Mid is GXL & GXR
High - VXR ( Classic Grill as above)
Top - Adventure Single Tone/ Dual Tone Body Colors
All are squarish headlamps and each trims are bit different on interior features and safety options and tire options are between 17 to 20.

21 overlays or somewhere else? Really digging these.
Thx! I was gonna do 21overlay but saw one on eBay using the same photos etc. it was about $110. Made an offer of $60 shipped and they took it. Was at a US company and received it today and ordered Wed night. So 48 hours. For $60, I can throw it away if it doesn’t hold up. Fit was perfect though. Now I need to whiteout my Toyota logo like I did on the back.
