Traded in my 2016 Tacoma. DCSB TRD Sport with manual transmission. Absolutely loved that truck. That was my first Toyota and first new vehicle ever. It was the best truck I’ve ever owned! Pulled my daughter’s car home from the mountains after and unfortunate incident with no issues. Would have loved to been able to keep it. Dealership gave me a fair price for it on trade. All that being said I’m super happy with my LC and look foward to all the adventures we have with it as well.

A very US focused list of options to pick from - I came to the LC from a Range Rover

Out with the Wrangler, in with the Land Cruiser.

While I will miss the Jeep, there is a lot to love about the LC250 (and Toyota in general).

2020 4Runner ORP. Good car, but I do not miss it. Too much shifting in the 5 speed tranny.

I had a 2013 Escape. Years ago I had a 4-runner. That's what I went shopping for. Discovered the Land Cruiser and liked the interior space and the heat/air controls in the back seat.

I had a (U.S. spec, of course) 2017 Range Rover Sport V8 Supercharged Dynamic. It was a beast with 530 HP, FT AWD, active suspension, and all the goodies/creature comforts. It was definitely a pavement princess despite having the swaybar disconnect and wading monitor. But the darn thing spent literally 15% of the days I owned it at the dealer's shop, all while still under warranty. That averaged out to be just a little under 1 day a week that they got 'custody' of it on average. Just like a boat, the 2 happiest days of owning the RR were the day I bought it and the day I traded it for a Lexus GX.

By beloved 2010 4Runner Trail. It had very similar... everything to my 1958, from the hard plastic everywhere to the cloth seats to the relatively low-tech dash. The 1958 feels more like the natural evolution to the 5th gen 4Runner than the 6th gen 4Runner does so I've taken to calling it the 5Runner.

Last car was a Super White TRD Pro 4Runner, before that a Magnetic Grey Metallic TRD Pro Tacoma, before that a different Super White TRD Pro 4Runner… sensing a theme? Somewhat of a gear head and also several motorcycles (BMWs, Ducati, Triumph) through the years that are gone for now.

Other: My LS460 😂 was absolutely worthless on a trail or even my steep driveway if sprinklers were going! Screw that.
My '02 4R just moved a garage space over. She isn't going anywhere. The LS I sold. Those were my weekday and weekenders.

Tesla model Y. Lol. It's garbage car but unfortunately could not sell it because Elon decided to drop the cost by 25000$ and devalued every tesla locally. Wife drives that shit box now

2012 4runner Trail Edition. She was beast off road, took me on several good experiences especially the time my son and I went off road in the Bridger Teton National Forest...Grizzly country.

Audi A4 - needed something bigger for the family and will never be going back after having this truck.
