What are these little guys for?

What are these things circled in red for? I can’t find a P/N or nomenclature from any of the parts sites. I was digging around the underside of my 2024 and it looks like one of them got smooshed.

I don’t have a solid answer for you but my initial guess would be that it is used to hang the frame while it is being cleaned, treated, and painted. I would think the frame at some point gets dipped in a solution and is hung by those thingies.
