No, it has a sun roof but I sure didn't want it! As with many decisions...... compromise.

I didn’t either. And so I was going to be happy to have a 1958. But when I pass, my daughter will get Miss Daisy. So I dropped another 20K for the FE, instead of a 1958 because I knew she would like it better..

Kind of the exact same thing for me.
I honestly can think of any time I've wanted a sunroof or used one in any vehicle I've owned that came with one... to me, just an annoyance and source of potential leaks.
Yeah, definitely something I considered a positive trait of the 1958
I've had sunroofs in my cars since 95 and have had zero issues. I use the heck out of mine during the warmer (not hot) times.

This is one of the reasons that I bought the 1958 LC - no sunroof. I have had two previous vehicles with sunroofs (both Fords - an Explorer and an F-150) both leaked...plus I almost never opened the roof windows.
I would argue that. It sounds like an assembly failure.
