Memory Seats Driver Side ( Not lit up) Night time

Is this Normal behaviour. Should this be lit up in the night if in case u need lock the seat adjustment to the desired Memory Seat Selection ( L1 or L2). Can anybody confirm this. Strange ?

Yepper would like to have that area lit as well. I may look into putting a muted LED in that area.
