thanks basicxj for the detailed response and I pretty much agree with everything you said.
But
1) I have offered Toyota that I will pay up to 300 dollars off my own pocket to get it fixed by me taking it to upholstery shop myself but Toyota say, it will void the warranty
2) I have told the dealer that I will pay the dealer 300 from my pocket to fix it (by them contracting experts), but the dealer says it will void the warranty.
3) The dealers is challenging the consumers intelligence and claiming it is normal..... This is where the war starts.

There is no way that the dealership should have taken up a task to perform upholstery on vehicle that they are not geared up for nor do they have the expertise and now challenging the consumer who has clear evidence of before and after and telling a consumer "its normal"

I’d find a different dealer..
