Those are not STOCK Toyota Land Cruiser 18" wheels.....

OP's wheels are 100% stock wheels. I think maybe you were looking at @Scrappopatamus posting his mirror caps, in which case those are the current gen Sequoia and Tundra TRD Pro wheels.

Love them both! Super easy install. Less than 30 minutes. I also installed the wide angle mirrors from Japan. They help so much!

Do you notice any wind noise/whistling with the caps on at higher speeds?

They're the same mirror cap that comes on the new vehicle only in your vehicles specific body color. Mine came in a part bubble wrap bag with Toyota's specific part number on them. There's no more noise than the ones that came with my vehicle new. BTW, If you crank up the stereo the wind noise seems to dissipate.
