Yes, I have used Carista to disable a few features and sort out an issue with TPMS after swapping wheels and tires with new tire pressure monitors. I already had a Bluetooth OBDII reader and Carista detected and worked with that.

Mine came today. I was hoping I could customize a few more things but they didn't appear to be on the menu. I knew the wheel diameter adjustment wasn't exposed but was hoping for default cruise control mode... oh well, my old odb scanner was... old! 
Hmm, please tell me where one can get Carista. Very interested to permanently disable a few nannies....like Adaptive. Would rather it default to traditional CC.
You can get on Amazon as a bundle or direct. I can't recommend it though, it looks like some items revert on power cycle and the selection is limited - I saw no way to set Adaptive Cruise to be off for instance. In a sentence, I paid $100 to get rid of the 3 flash auto blinker
(Later in time) I have found more uses and do not regret spending the dough!

I have the larger premium dash, maybe it’s that?
I do have the premium trim as well. You mentioned that you selected the "three display option". I don't think I've seen such option, but my dash looks like this:
Start your vehicle up and hold down the ok button while watching the center of the display- you're now able to access and change dash/vehicle/metering settings. Recommend some manual reading before a deep dive. You will be able to move to the left- and right-hand displays and if you move one more "slot" left or right, you can select which instrument panel widget (is that the term?) is displayed by scrolling up/down a comprehensive list
You're missing the "widgets" that are available too. Look in manual
You can do dang near anything but get the MPG to be part of the trip meter stuff....truly my only complaint and I have never seen that separation on any other vehicle I have owned.
I think there's the bigger part of an industry, or a big piece of value-add, in dashboard configurations although it begs an age-old question: we know the best configurations vs. you know what you want. And should you have to pay extra to get it.
It's only a little memory- why can't you scroll through lifetime mpg, last-reset mpg, last-tank mpg and last-trip mpg (at least in Park). Oh, and then do it with mpg vs g/100 miles toggle switch so we can easily look at how far and how much, it's only the inverse after all. (Apologies to folks without the benefits of a unique measurement system)
Yeah, I do miss knowing what I averaged in a single day's worth of driving. I guess I could reset at the start of the trip if I really wanted to keep track, but manually resetting the mpg when I fuel up is about as high maintenance as I care to get.
Somewhere in the settings... and I do have an OBD2 interface and Carista subscription... there is a time-out value for trip summary display immediately after the Land Cruiser is shut off. The trip summary does show the last trip mpg (or possibly last trip L/100k?) I think the default value is 15 seconds. I turned mine up to a minute because I always seemed to be focused on something else during that time period. I catch "what just happened" most of the time on the way out of the vehicle now. For instance, just picked up some groceries: 10.7 miles away, 26.8 mpg, and, I think, 16 minutes. And I wouldn't have known any of that in all likelihood without increasing the time-out
That's interesting. I have to believe that's a Carista setting because I don't remember encountering that as an option.
My main complaint is that the trip mpg calculation resets every time you turn the Land Cruiser off, whereas it'd be nice if I could stop for lunch for 30 minutes or so, get back in and have all the drives that day count toward the "trip". Not sure what the boundaries are on other cars, but the first time I noticed my trip mpg on the Land Cruiser resetting every time I turn it off was an annoyance.

Thanks for the instructions but I feel like I'm missing something. I can only get electric or turbo in the same zone not both side by side.
You have to switch to the layout with the single dial in the center (I think) which will then let you put small turbo boost and electric boost gauges on either side. I took me a lot of grumbling before I accepted it, as it just didn’t feel right to not have a tach and speedo side by side.
That's what I did at 2:05min in the video. I get the same choices. I might have a different software version :/
