Will be 64 this year. Loving the LC 250 very much!

I am 50, I have been a sports car guy my entire life (mainly BMWs with one Audi in the mix) and after my F250 decided that its Bosch high pressure fuel pump wanted to break again taking out the entire fuel system with it (because why just contain the damage to itself), I decided to sell it to the local Diesel repair shop and live without a truck for a while as I used it for were trips to Home Depot and towing my jet skis.

Anyway, after borrowing my Father's Nissan Titan XD for the 15th time to tow my jet skis, my wife said lets find another truck, at first I was going to buy a 21 Tacoma and modify it some, but they had a First Edition on the lot (the owner of the dealership's son did not like it and went with the Lexus Model instead), my wife liked the color, so we went with that instead.

While I am always going to be a BMW first and foremost, I find myself driving the Land Cruiser more than I ever had the F250 or any of the other trucks that I have owned.

We do not have a ton of off-road trails near where I live, but my wife and I a number of times now, have driven to some of the nearer trails to see what it is like off-road and we have had immense fun each and every time.

This is definitely an interesting poll, but it is probably not quite a representative sample of J250 owners. Rather, it is a representative sample of J250 owners who use online message boards. I’d bet that this is a slightly different demographic of owners, as I strongly suspect that the population of people who still use online message boards/forums trends on the older side.
