Hi All!

1 1/4 is on the aggressive side for 275s on the 250, but you're probably fine, you'll just be closer to the edge than most. Most guys run 1 inch and call it a day. At 1.25 the front will likely kiss the liner at full lock, and the rear bumper corners are the usual spot that gets friendly with the tire when you're loaded or hit a dip. Worth a test fit before you torque anything down, turn the wheel lock to lock and check both sides, then bounce the rear a little.

One real thing since you already ordered, make sure they're hub centric and the right bolt pattern, and decide bolt on versus slip on. Slip on needs longer studs, bolt on carries its own. Either way torque the spacer to the hub properly, that's the part people rush and then post a horror story about.

You'll be fine, just don't be surprised if you end up trimming a tiny bit of liner. What brand did you go with?
Thanks for that, I will send these back. Do it right do it once!

Welcome and congrats on the new rig. 20's with A/T's actually looks fantastic IMO and will generate more grip on the trail than you'll likely need for a long time. I'd expect ride quality to improve some, but some of the rough ride on these is simply the nature of the dampers. You're starting in the right place, I'd avoid E load tires if your wheeling use allows it and I think you'll be very happy. Beautiful truck!

I thought about going that route after bringing our Premium with 20"s home. I went down to 18"s with slightly larger than stock tires- happy camper. One good thing about the LC250 platform is that wheels & tires look at home on this beast in 20" down to the right 17" if you choose wisely. I prefer the 18" for just that little extra clearance between the wheel and the brakes, but as long as you do your homework with outside diameter and offset for clearance you are good to go.

Luckily lots of forum members have blazed that trail already:

Those are a lot of posts to go through, but worthwhile to see what rubs, what doesn't and whether there will be other mods required to make your preferred package work. Included for OP's benefit ;)
