I assume you are using the switch to energize a relay that powers the light bar.
You could add a second relay (using the high beam circuit as the trigger) in series with the switch relay to do what you want. The switch and the high beams would both have to be on in order for the light bar to light.
Why not just install a GARMIN power switch and run everything bluetooth via Apple Car Play?
Did you replace the blank next to the tow/haul button yet? I replaced that with my Ditch light switch but I couldn't figure out how to get that last trim clip out on the far right side of that trim just under the MTS knob. I ended up getting the switch wired without getting it out but would be good to know any tips in the future.

You pretty much have to remove the TMS Knob/mount to get the blank out easy. I think I did it the way you did, unfastened it enough to poke out the blank. (that's before I knew how easy it was to remove the shifter panel and MTS panel etc......

Before you go to all that trouble, you might try a couple of butter knives, one each side or top/bottom of the blank (I don't remember where the tabs are) the blanks come out much easier than the switches.
But the Knob panel just snaps in and I thought it was for sure going to break it. Trim panel tool was very helpful but figuring out where to place it to pry was nerve racking.

CH 4X4 has White, Blue and Amber backlit switches, I just received and installed my first one in white.
I will disassemble the switch and apply lamin x yellow to the top LED to have it in Amber while the switch backlight will remain white.
Mine doesn't dim along with the OEMs though even though its wired to the dimmer? They are also slightly brighter. I purchased an additional dimmer that varies the voltage from 12V to 3V vs. the OEM which only changes from 12V to 11.6V, my OCD won't allow the brighter switch backlight to be ok.
Will also test the other OEM dimmer wiring and see if maybe I need to move my backlight ground wire onto one of the other wires. I suspect it may be like the step lights were the voltage is removed from the negative side vice varying the positive voltage?
That’s funny. Someone on Tundras forum also mentioned white switches to me today. I purchased a few OEM switches just waiting for them to arrive.
Well I just connected my CH4x4 switches the other day and I noticed too they don’t dim. If you find a different wire to use let us know.
I’ll dig into this weekend.
Wondering do the switch backlights only operate with parking light or above on?
Could have swore that they were always on before and now only on with the above conditions after installing the switch?

I've never tried this but you might be able to add a resistor to the ground side of the back light switch to dim it.
I just went out and checked they come on as soon as you press the start button. They all dim except the CH4x4 switch when I adjust the dimmer.
Were your headlights on in auto? Could you try in DRL off position? I may have something to look into, I know I'm wired properly not sure why they wouldn't backlight anymore?
With DRL off they don’t come on. As soon as you turn to Auto all the back lights on the buttons light up.
But the headlights are off when you do this or did they come on due to darkness?
They did come on when it was on auto because it was dark in the garage.
