Anyone purchasing below MSRP?

In central Texas there are some listed under that number. A recent search showed an abundance of new Land Cruisers. The number has shown steady too, which is possibly why there’re priced that way.

Just secured a 2025 1958 @ $8,000 off MSRP and the dealer bought me some special financing as well.

Feel like that was a pretty good deal reading through some of these!

The dealer I bought from gave a big discount, but also had a pretty high dealer fee…worked out better than any other dealer I spoke to, and I spoke to quite a few…

Phillips Toyota near Orlando (very nice people)
MSRP: $65,244
Discount: $4,899
Dealer Fee: $799
Add’l (BS) Taxable Fee: $333

Net discount including taxable fees worked out to be about $3,767…closed in late-August.
What interest rates were they offering?

I put down $500 about 6 weeks ago to hold a 2025 LC heritage blue/grayscape with premium package, 20in wheels, roof crossbar, etc. - sticker was just over $71k. It arrived at the dealer Saturday. Called around to other Boston-area dealers who had similar spec LCs but nobody would budge on price. My dealer, Lexington (MA) Toyota was super friendly and easy to work with. $3,000 off MSRP, no dealer extras except $385 doc fee, good numbers on my Audi Q7 trade, and a 10/100k/zero warranty for $2230.

Very happy with my new rig! Thank you to this forum for all the great pre-purchase info I learned on here that helped me save $$.

Adding my purchase info for reference:

Purchased 2025 LC Premium in the Twin Cities a few days ago.

MSRP: $72,255
Discount: ~$4,700
Doc Fee: $275
No additional fees/ dealer add-ons

I knew I was interested in the LC Premium, but was fairly flexible on color. Overall, painless experience w/ great sales person (Nick) at Rudy Luther Toyota in the Twin Cities.

Best of luck.

I was lurking for opinions on TOYOGUARD Platinum and one of the comment led me to this thread. Sharing in the event it helps anyone else in negotiations.

Sticker details:
2025 1958 in Meteor Shower
Base SRP: $56,700
Packages/Accessories: $2,651
  • Factory: $195 (liftgate light)
  • SE dist. installed: $2,456 (Phone cables-79/Screen protector-129/Nittos-1549/TOYOGUARD Platinum-699)
Delivery: $1,500
*MSRP: $60,851.00

I had a very receptive, small-town dealer who needed to go out and hunt down a vehicle for me, so I was playing my cards lighter than I normally would. I probably could have done better. I did the SRP vs. Invoice research and offered the following, which they accepted without any counter.

Offer:
BASE SRP: $54,200
Packages/Accessories: $2,572
  • Factory: $195
  • SE dist. Installed: $2,377 (Screen protector-129/Nittos-1549/TOYOGUARD Platinum-699)
Delivery: $1,500
*Final Cost: $58,272 ($2,579 below Final MSRP, $1,572 above Base SRP, and about $3,800 above Invoice)

Like I mentioned, I think I had more wiggle at my dealership without knowing how far I could push. It was a good experience and I am very happy with the result. Still on the fence WRT value of TOYOGUARD Platinum and will keep looking through the forums.

In Maryland the 2025 1958's are pretty easy to find going for around $55K
I was looking at a white 1958 with the roof rack and steps added for $56K
I got a white 1958 with leather added for $55,033

Little out dated but i got my 1958 in February. It came all weather mats, life time state inspection from that dealer and 3 year additional warranty on interior stuff (i didn't ask for it). Negotiated it down to being $1k off invoice...with tax/tags I was $58k even out the door.

I am a Toyota dealer.... I will sell about any of them at invoice (around 4k off) granted I am in the Midwest, I think this depends on where you reside in the country.

I’m very confident I could have got invoice. I now know my local dealership is receptive. The volume dealer up in VA was not when I was getting the wife’s Sequoia.

Good intel. Thanks much. I didn’t leave too much meat on the bone in January. Got $2700 of sticker for a reserved LCLC in central Pennsylvania.
