Done. Need to do some adjustment (if needed) once it gets darker

Removed the connector to the trailer hitch. Added a split wire for the lights from the yellow wire and grounded the lights.

I'm not sure how many switch slots are unused in the'58, but if you want to go OEM style "CH4x4 Industries" have a large selection of "Cube" switches in stock and will do a custom icon for an extra fee.

Mounting a relay bank under the hood is fairly straight forward and routing the trigger wires into the cabin for the switches is about a .01 on the 1-10 scale. Lots of details on my build page.........

I wired up an Auxbeam style 6 gang and auxbeam ditch lights. I mounted the relay box on top of the fuse box on the passenger side (drilled hole and used zip ties - not ideal but probably good enough). It did not come with a long enough red wire so I had to purchase a longer one.
I used @EOD Guy 's fuse diagram to find an accessory fuse so the relay is only on if the vehicle is on or started.

Ran the power wires from my under-hood switch box, under the truck, and over moving components (rear axle). The light bracket took a little bit of modification for the OEM bolt to fit through but other than that this was pretty easy. I haven't really tested them at night yet but they seem plenty bright!

Looks good. Would you mind elaborating on where you mounted them? Did you the existing bolt on the frame?

Yep, I used the existing bolt that goes through the bumper. It has a rubber washer on it and a threadless collar. The collar wouldn't fit through the bracket that came with the lights. I had to drill it open a little wider.
