I have a 2027 premium pkg(USA)due in June. Heated and cooled rear seats come with premium pkg. Has anyone heard if any other interior changes or improvements to noise and vibration
Congrats on your new ride! Not sure about what “vibrations and noise” issues you are referring to. Be aware that the vehicle drives and feels “truck like” because that’s what it is. Some complain about wind noise but the vehicle is very squared vs aerodynamic.

"Don't buy a first model year" is starting to become hard to track when all they do is switch a number and it's the same car lol.
Yes I had a 25 model. I understand the box shape but for 70k plus I do think engine could be a little smoother and little less wind noise for that kind of money. Obviously a GX could be an option but at 70k I think people still expect a certain level of refinement.
Was SDM a separate option for 2026? I recall that for some early 2025 models they made it a separate option due to supply chain issues with parts for it, but thought it was back to standard equipment for the 2026 MY (except for 1958 ed)?
Except that's not necessarily the case or what that warning is supposed to mean...
"Don't buy a first model year" is more about "Don't make yourself a beta tester" for a brand new vehicle version...because there's a much higher chance that issues not present in testing may pop up, and 1st model year vehicles are thus more prone to recalls and service bulletins. Toyota is constantly taking feedback from owners and dealers and making changes where needed to fix even minor issues -- these may be small engineering changes that don't show up on a consumer spec sheet as a "new feature", but are still an improvement in overall reliability.
Have there been many (or any) of these for the LC 250? I don't know...but that doesn't mean it never happens and that it isn't still good advice in general.
Toyota in particular really isn't known for doing much in the way of feature upgrades for new model years within the lifespan of a vehicle's generation...though for longer-running model gens they will occasionally do minor facelifts and tech refreshes, but definitely not every model year.
The LC200 was more refined, but sold only a few thousand a year. Toyota made the bet that LC250 buyers would not miss sound deadening materials in the body and acoustic glass...and the sales will tell them they made the right bet.

I don't think the L200 was any more refined at all. It was super outdated looking and driving. The old engine was a V8, but was very cumbersome and frankly, underpowered, to drive. The 200 was full of fake wood everywhere and seats that were worn looking in no time.
The 250 has a much better look and is heads above the 200.
But, I'm the same Porsche guy who prefers a Porsche 911 991.1/.2 over an older Porsche 911 993....for drivability.

I have a 26 arriving this week at the dealer. I did have a 25, but Toyota bought that one back due to the transmission, hybrid and torque converter. Now that the 27s are coming out I was curious if you were able to negotiate anything off of MSRP on the 27.
Reminds me of the US brands with extra short model year cycles. Luckily Toyota doesn't have the same heavy depreciation! Maybe the'28 will be a refresh with a longer model year.
I'm thinking of waiting until Thursday for the '28 model Land Cruiser. Can't wait!
I got a 2024 also - oddly enough they didn't deliver until mid 2024 (my "First Edition" delivered in July), so maybe they should have started out as a 2025! That gave Toyota this extra year to add randomly. I don't think there's any real differences though yet between the years.

When I put my deposit down, it was for a new 2026 with $5k off. Sales guy did my build sheet and it shows a 2027, he had no idea... Yes, I'm still getting the discount.
