285-70-17 KO3 load C on Method 318 +25 offset and no lift.
I have done 15,000 miles in these tires since November 2025. Lots of heavy rain in Southern Arizona, deep snow and ice covered mountain passes in Montana and Idaho. Many miles of highway driving from twisty switchbacks on the Oregon coast and some dunes and desert highways. We typically carry about 750-800 lbs payload and 8 run them at 40-42 PSI hot. They started out 15/32 tread depth and my last rotation at Discount they measured 12/32 for 3 and one was 13/32.
In the mountains with snow and ice they were absolutely amazing. We are in the 95-107 dog days of summer now and getting some serious monsoon rain down pours, flooded roads and washes and they have been great. No complaints off road and in some muddy stuff so around Tahoe.
I might go the 255-80-17 pizza cutter route next time or could step up to a 285-75-17 when these are due. My MPG is an average of 19ish and recently a round trip to Phoenix I was getting into the 21 range (manual calculation) LC gauge said low 20s.
I really like the raised whites and the machine finished wheels with the white. Just that old school look back to the 80s and 90s.
