The ARB Summit bar installed

That is a nice looking heavy duty guard. Too bad it causes errors to the Toyota side sensor alert systems. So what are better options?
Maybe simple Bull Bar or something less massive??
Reminiscent of problems with bike racks caused false alarms in rear sensor issues.
Dissent off road / CA Tuned / Rago / Victory 4x4 / Expedition one are just a few of the other fairly well known bumpers that don't appear to be problematic with sensor integration.

Hi Cray, are you Able to put on the fender after your relocation?
Yes, but it takes some time to figure out the right sequence. You cannot go in order and do not tighten down each one as you go. You need to leave them loose so you have some room to get all the bolts in first. See attached photo. Try starting with that one first, as it was the most difficult for me to get in.

Appreciated your quick response. I zip-tied the radar and put everything back together. Hopefully everything will work 😂

Hope it works for you too! I've been driving around for almost 2 weeks now and have not had the warning lights come back up. The only thing is that the cross traffic sensors (yellow warning arrows visible in the HUD) will likely not work anymore.

It would be the best solution as long as the Adaptive Cruise Control work👍

ARB needs to post these pictures up in their instruction manual, 'Step 83: Open package of Zip Ties -''. Great work, like the poster above, I hope this is the solution.

I also did this. I havent really gotten to testing it but fingers crossed!

So I’ve been putting miles on the truck but didn’t wanna comment until I felt 98% confident that it’s solved.

But after doing the relocation work I’ve yet to have any issues and feel confident that was my issue.

ARB need to make a note in the instructions to keep them pointing outwards.

You might want to get a ADAS test done at your dealership where they measure TSS sensor height & angles. Toyota dealers & trained collision centers do it after front end collision repair or mods. Ask them about a Zero Point Calibration.

Welp spoke too soon. Had the error come back.
