Suspension Sag

Solicit an offer from CarMax and see if the sag affects the appraisal - get in writing and take it to the dealer.

You could swap rear springs and see if the lean moves with the springs.
If you're at all ok with working on your own rig, it's very easy to do. Put the back end up on jack stands so the rear axle is fully hanging, then jack up one side of the axle a little so the other side droops a little farther and makes the spring loose, then pull it out. You may have to unbolt the shock to get enough droop, but I think you can do it without.
If the lean moves with the springs you could either take that info to the dealer, or what I would do (because I'm very dealer adverse and they're an hour away) is just buy one of these dobinsons spacers, or even a cheap lift that comes with 1" rear spacers and just put in one on the low side.
I know you probably want the dealer to deal with this and that you shouldn't have to, but if you don't have dealer who will work with you, then maybe this is the way to take care of this and be done with it.

Dobinsons 15mm 0.6″ Rear Coil Spacer

Rough Country 2" Lift Kit

If the lean doesn't move with the rear springs then you have a more serious problem and then the dealer and/or Toyota probably do have to get involved.

There must be a solution to shim or correct this issue. Certainly this is not something Toyota has not serviced before...

No update ...dealer is clueless...I would like for all on this forum, if you don't mind, to measure the from the top of the rear wheel arch to the ground on either side and let me know the difference. With that info, I can go to the dealership with defensible stats from LC owners...love to see their response after dropping some simple irrefutable science on their service manager!

Should be around 37.5

That makes sense...mine is 36 on the left and a little over 37 on the right...plus softer on the left

My LC that pictured at 37.5 " ish. Is only 3 weeks old. So its sort of factory fresh. ..

For your rig. Being off a inch is a issue. So they need to jack it up and see whats up.

This is typical with 5th gen 4runners and 3rd gen tacomas.. it's generally called "taco lean"-- suggest googling it.

I know this is a new platform, but I also have a driver side lean on my one day old '25 LC. Given my history with tacomas and 4runners, I just accept it. Let me know if you figure anything out!

Installing a lift kit on your leaf-spring Land Cruiser? Then you need these to correct your caster angle after!
Most universal shims on the market are made for Jeeps and don't fit properly, or are aluminum and can split under heavy use! Ours are made of steel, right here in the USA.
NOTE: Shims should be installed with thick side towards the FRONT of the vehicle for typical spring-under axle configuration.
If you have any questions about compatibility or installation, please do not hesitate to reach out to us for assistance! We're here to make sure you get the right part!
