It’s not sticking for me, tried with and without Toyota app/profile as well as with Guest profile.

This shit needs to end. Whoever put these and forced upon us is evil and I hope they go to hell.

I’m wondering, are these beeps emanating from a separate small speaker or through the primary audio system? If it is a separate speaker, wonder if we can just disconnect the damn beeping speaker.

Your post has no context. What in particular is not sticking? What beeps are you talking about in particular? What is causing them? A little context into what exactly you’re trying to do will help us to help you. I have my first edition for almost a year now and I have no problem with any of my settings being saved, and I’m not getting any phantom beeps.

First post and the rest of the thread is talking about nanny systems. I think yours is fine, but if you have a LC PP, then from what I gather, the settings are not being saved

Specifically: Break suggestion, Driver Monitor, FCTA and RCTA. I can’t permanently turn them off.

There are a lot of these features that don’t survive a restart. I don’t think anybody has made a list of these yet, and if they have, I haven’t seen it.

Also on this thread, they are talking about the seat position settings. That is a known problem that the seat position doesn’t get saved if the dealership did not calibrate it on the pre-delivery.

I have permanently turned off the drivers monitor successfully, but the others I have not turned off.

There are a lot of these features that don’t survive a restart. I don’t think anybody has made a list of these yet, and if they have, I haven’t seen it.

FCTA does reset (turns back on) upon restarting the car. The best I could do was to adjust its sensitivity to its lowest setting so it does not trigger as much

I have confirmed today that FCTA and RCTA do not survive a restart. It is by Toyota design. Disabling Driver monitor does survive a restart.
