Has anyone found a ladder solution for getting things on and off the roof? I'm 5'4" and it's a struggle and one day I'm going to end up on my butt. There's a couple of lightweight ladders on Amazon that are retractable and weight around 16#, which seems reasonable to me. I have a Westcott Roof rack. I looked at the Rhino Rack ladder, but jury is out as to whether or not it will slip on over the Westcott rack. I called and their customer service hung up on me twice, (you don't get a third chance) and they don't respond to FB Messenger which I read as a bad omen about the company.

I am short as well and have the Nashfab half ladder and I have a combo hitch skid and step to access my roof.

Another great thing about the half ladder is I use my window all the time to get things in and out and you can't do that with a full ladder.

Tire step is my recommendation. I Fab'd a DIY version out of extruded aluminum.
