Rattle in instrument cluster dash surround

mine has a rattle developing near there too, after 21k miles. also i found that the center horn cover piece was making noise on my last road trip. just wedge my finger under the lip anywhere on it and the noise stopped. not happy about these rattles.

I had a similar buzzing rattle in the steering column. It completely went away when I replaced my tires. I also had pretty severe cupping on the front driver tire, so an alignment might have also resolved the issue.
