These are part numbers from the EasyCars kit. The steering boss needed to be cut.

Nothing else, it was plug and play for me.
Blue on the - shifter and white on the +?
The one side plugged into the other then 1 plug into the spot on the Land cruiser. I'm not sure which color was which though.
I installed it yesterday.. i put blue for ( - ) and it didn't work, i even felt the steering became heavier.. what u think?
Should we exchange blue or it need like a programing or reset something?

Those part numbers for the shifters themselves aren't likely work on any other powertrain as the transmission is different as well as the control module for it, the ones everyone here has gotten are for the 2.4L IforceMax Hybrid with L580F 8 speed auto transmission. I'd verify the parts are applicable to your frame number found on the placard before diving down the rabbit hole.

So which part number is the missing one in our case ?
@DrDr no clue you'll need to research that.
Just FYI, for the US models, excluding the 1958 there are:
- I'd start with finding out if any vehicle in your market configuration has as an option the paddle shifters both LC250 and GX550.
- I'd also want to trace the signals from the switches in TIS to see which ECUs it goes through for sure. From experience everything on and in the steering wheel goes through the Steering wheel ECU and signals are transferred via CANBUS from there, via the Multiplex ECU, also everything goes through the Body Control Module from the steering wheel. So at a minimum if the Steering ECU, Multiplex ECU, BCM and transmission ECU play a role here and if they aren't the same and no other Toyota or Lexus configurations that match yours offer paddle shifters I'd say it likely won't work.
- You need to know what transmission you have and the ECU for it and whether any market has paddle shifters in that configuration at minimum IMO.
- Body Control Module is very important in all these potential DIY additions of Toyota options as it plays as the central computer passing all signals from the source computer to the destination computer over the CANBUS IME everything goes through the BCM. The BCM also usually stores the mileage information if the cluster itself doesn't so they are normally locked down tight and you really need to know what your doing to modify one of these to work in another vehicle.
It's also not normally as simple as swapping in the required ECU, if one were to go that far if that is what is needed even if it's from another vehicle. Most require reprogramming to VIN and being addressed onto the CANBUS network to function, or require some sort of calibration file. Most dealers won't be willing to program an ECU that doesn't belong and some manufacturers lockdown firmware for modules to the specific markets and VINs they apply to, so if that is the case not even your dealer can help.
The L580F transmission is only in the North American and China markets, the rest are using AL80F, although the transmission portion itself is largely the same I doubt the ECUs are US Spec and GCC are confirmed different P/N) or they would at least be running some variation in firmware due HP/TQ differences between the power trains requiring different shift logic.
