That list is pretty amazing - thanks! BUT, for the life of me I have tried to "raise" my heads up display and no matter what we push we can't seem to adjust it. I am OLD and thought I handle most tech decently, but not used to the toyota info at all. Can someone enlighten me? I would like to change a few of the things that are displayed (that I didn't know was possible until your list), but it needs to raise slightly to be more visible when driving.

Once you get the HUD visible, then make the adjustment up/down/left/right and brightness until you have to adjust your sight picture etc....... Initially I made too big of an adjustment and lost track where the display was.......... Small adjust to the HUD, small adjustments to seat position and sneak up on it.......LOL

I like my seating position at the very top of the seat's travel (I like to see over the hood as much as possible) Here's what I did........ from "the dealers" seat adjustment (almost all the way down), I tried to adjust the HUD and lost sight of it from the seated position (thought it was broken) as I was cussing, I moved in my seat and caught a glimpse out of the corner of my eye.......... I moved, stretching my neck and could see the HUD clearly. Raised the seat, made a HUD adjustment, rinse and repeat until it was visible with the seat all the way up. It's still not where I'd like it but close enough.

Bring up the main menu in the center area of the dash by a long-push of OK when Settings is displayed in the center. The first menu item is "HUD". Long-press OK on that. You will be able to change between Simple, Full, and Standard displays. Use the up and down arrow buttons to raise/lower the HUD display on the windshield. The left and right buttons adjust the brightness. When I first received my LC, the HUD was so low that it wasn't even visible to me. I thought it was broken, until I figured out how to adjust the display height.

I made this list to help me remember what all the abvr stood for and what could or couldn't be adjust/disabled.

Thank you for this helpful list! So back to my question about turning off the cross-traffic warning beeps when I'm sitting at a red light, do I need to completely disable the following feature?

FCTA (Front Cross Traffic Alert) - Push and Hold “OK” to adjust
