New squeal after brake replacement

I have had the squeal when I reverse most of the time right when I get started, whether it's coming out of the garage or in a parking lot from pretty much week 1 of owning the car. The local dealership is supposed to be getting me brake parts to replace the brakes for the known issue. It is part of my 10K oil change, etc appt. We will see...

I brought mine into the dealer. Said there was nothing they can do for me. I then called corporate and they claimed the squeal in reverse is a known problem and there is a fix on the way. So we will see.
