Two nights ago the 2025 LC premium with Rays wheels and Michelin SL 265×18 tires contacted some type of metal at 80 mph left lane Texas freeway and right rear tire pressure dropped to zero with dash alarms to pull over. I made it to HOV with some room to change tire. I was surprised at how stable the LC was after the blow out. Some vehicles become very unstable at rear tire blow out events.
The Rays wheel looks unscathed.
Changing a tire with rush hour 80 mph blowing by is a little unnerving and I am seldom unnerved.
