My cc payment was accepted, however I have no email or text confirmation of order. Bit strange.
A confirmation number popped up after i ordered it, which i screen grabbed. I suggest others do this too.
Had the same issue. Had to use a credit card. Their paypal setup is broken.
Really like the bug screens I ordered.

If I understand correctly, these are easy enough to pop in/out?
I ordered bc have some road trips coming up they will be useful on, but generally useful all summer here - not sure I want/need them year round though. (easy in/out also presumably makes them easier to clean when doing my weekly washes of the car in the summer)
On the site, it seemed to recognize my Stripe payment, so "just worked" - I look forward to trying them out.

I vouch they are easy to pop in and out ( they could be stolen if someone actually is interested in them
) but they do catch a lot of bugs even the small mosquitos — cleans easily with power wash or Touchless car wash.. I will be removing them in winter as they may help ice buildup ..

Universal fit. US spec and Euro spec are the same.

Could you improve the top grill while keeping the inspiration from this design?
You can definitely keep your clip system — I think it’s a smart feature for people who want easy cleaning and maintenance. If you move forward with a version like above, you’ve got a customer.
I ordered the set from Plomor. I realize they are UK based and I am in US. however they were no responsive to my email questions at all. The shipping was less they stellar also. The box the two guards were shipped in was not very sturdy, and the guard that goes on top, had one clip broken totally off. The lower guard had three of the main clips bent enough that the plastic was "white" not black. I was able to heat up these and get them back in-line. The guards appear to ship directly from China, and have IMO very poor packaging considering what the guards are made from and the fact that the clips are very easily broken or bent.
On the positive side, the lower guard fits very tight and seems like it will do a good job. I have yet to fit the upper as I am attempting to fix the broken clip with JB weld.

Similar experience, but they sorted it out promptly for me (day or two to respond to that email address). They need stronger boxes so fedex cant destroy them as easily. I'm happy with the bug screens overall.

Sorry for the trouble! Could you please share your order number? I'll check it right away.
I receive and send 5-10 boxes a week for various things and these came in the most roughed up box I've seen in a long time, particularly given how light they are. It looked like the gorilla from those old Samsonite ads (or Ace Ventura) got ahold of it.
But the parts inside at first glance appear to be fine, I haven't had time to try installing them yet.

I bought the bug screens, and the box had also been crushed during shipment. Although the top and bottom screen are wrapped in a plastic ‘cloth’ and individually in plastic bags, the box crushing caused the top screen clips to push against bottom screen and deform the screen. I reported this to Plomor and suggested more protection between screens. They responded and offer a $20 credit to use at their store - fair enough, I thought. Installed, drove to Canada (500 miles) the screen inbthat deformed area started separating making a bigger hole that I think will only get larger. I asked Plomor sales if they would replace just the lower screen - no reply yet. Order #1279. Plomor_mods if you can help it would be appreciated.
