Long time Toyota owner here (2007 Tacoma, 2012 Highlander, 2017 Sienna) who always looked into and wanted all the mods to make our daily drivers into something special. Never went through with it because of the warranty or moving too much with the military or (pick your favorite excuse).
We finally decided to pull the trigger on a new land cruiser back in June and decided to go the no compromise route and order the exact options we wanted. Ours arrived 10 days ago and we couldn't be happier!

2026 Land Cruiser premium package, wind chill pearl, Java interior, all skid plates, dash Cam, stabilizer disconnect, lift gate light, NO cool box, and 18" wheels.
Since then we've got the paint ceramic coated, scheduled for front tint this week, and ordered the trekboxx bravo low + sleeper. Trying to find a GX550 roof rack next!
Really excited about the forum, and you might notice I've had an account since we decided to get a 250. I've really appreciated all the threads that helped figure out exactly what we wanted to do, it's been invaluable, thank you!

So far my biggest relief is the concerns about power, responsiveness, and noise were all way overblown compared to what I was expecting. Commuting last week I got 20 MPG, which is better than I was getting in the Highlander and above expectations. The warnings about the computer nagging and auto braking were dead on though!
My biggest surprise was even though the Land Cruiser is wider and longer on paper than the Highlander, it's easier to park in the garage and the shorter door means I can actually open it next to the minivan.
