It's OEM snorkel by Toyota, you can order it from sellers in Australia or Japan, you can find links and images in another thread that talks about snorkels.

Hey I'm back again, today I bought URNIETA rear handles for my car, I've been using the roof rack lately to carry wood and timber, so I decided to get it to help me get on the wheel and tie the stuff on the roof rack.
I'll install it tonight if can, I found them at a local shop for around $310, they're made from magnesium/aluminum alloy, it's surprisingly light, it came with instruction and hardware, it requires enlarging the original holes on the body to fit the nutserts.

Oh and I forgot to add this to my build, my friend made it to my specs, single drawer and fridge mount, since we have 3rd row seat the top and back of the trunk isn't straight, there was around 2.5" in height difference between the front and end of the trunk, so we had to raise the drawer with a spacer to make it leveled.

I think it might be a safety in case bolt fell off or as a form of vibration dampening or to prevent metal to metal contact, dunno really.

There was some critical feedback on these handles somewhere in this forum, but I can’t find it again. I finally saw a set installed on another LC last weekend. I don’t mean to talk trash in OP’s mods, but they did not look well fit or even close to factory color matched with any of the OE black. They also felt, well, “less than.” What I mean is that they didn’t feel like an improvement, just something done to look like an improvement.

Bottom line, Just be happy with your selections. Just be caution. Actually, in youtube video…I saw a guy (not sure / who care) hung entire his body (small) on those !

I’m not saying they can’t, just that they don’t feel like they should. The ones I was able to touch and inspect weren’t even fully flush. IMO, just completely unacceptable for a mod that is irreversible.

Third what @DubDub and @t3lcfe said, all OEM Toyota products that mount through the body on previous series Land Cruisers have steel backing plates behind them and this is with thicker steel body work with welded nuts on the backing plates.

Rivnuts in thin sheet metal just aren't designed to handle lateral weight loads and aren't likely to last very long when subjected to them.

Hey guys, I'm not going to hang 3000lb weight on those, I just need something to hold into when I want to pull myself up when I want to pull the tie downs or secure the items on the roof rack. To damage the sheet metal of the location you need to really yank it and intend on damaging it, and I've already thought about removing the interior covers and slide in metal washer or sheet and tight that hex screw to have a solid support, but I didn't feel like doing it right now.

As for the finish it's wrinkled, it can be gloss powder coat it to match the glossy finish of the other parts, but I prefer it this way to have a grip if my hand is sweaty, and even with the installed nutserts if you want to remove the handle and go back to OEM you can just double side tape OEM part and stick it back since it already had double side tape and plastic clips, as for the holes you can plug them with whatever you want.

As for the fitment it could've been better, you'll only notice if you are close to the car and focus on it, but if standing 3 feet away it would look fine, my only comment on it is it need slight bend and should be perfect fit.

I prefer those handles in that place for looks and functionality, I’ve used nutserts on sheet metal before and never had any problems, i don’t know what thickness of sheet metal you have or how you installed the nutserts to face problems, but on the LC250 it’s not too thin to be damaged easily and it’s not thick enough to handle abuse, just to grab the handle it’s fine, but if you intend on yanking it it’s not, we’ll see how if goes and i’ll keep updating.

Agree, if you are planning to rely on inexpensive solutions. Know the limits of what you are using...
However, even the best equipment will fail if its abused beyond its capability.

I really have no idea, but they require UCA, and since I'm installing UCA anyways i went with extended travel.

did you also do a diff drop? i was just looking at the dobinsons page and it sounds like if you install the droop spacer you need both UCAs and diff drop.

thanks for your post, you're one of the few dobinsons IMS users on this TNGA-F platform that made this upgrade and provided details and feedback. i'm currently spending all my time vacillating between MT64 and Dobinsons IMS so its great to have your feedback to help make the decision.

Hey, not yet, I'm still deciding if i need one or not, it's only 2" front lift, I've seen many opinions on installing diff drop, but i wanted to install one, I'd go for Superior Engineering diff drop kit from Australia, i believe it's the only kit that drops the diff and adjust it's angle.
