“WHY AM I DISCOVERING THIS LEVEL OF "NO SERVICE" ON A $66k (+) VEHICLE???????????”

Asking for a Corolla driver - what’s the financial threshold for expecting good service?

Being a curious guy, I downloaded and perused the manual (.pdf format) before we even took delivery of our Land Cruiser and had access to the hard copy. It was right there on the Toyota website. I like the ,pdf version and have a copy both on my computer and on my smart phone- the best part is it is searchable. Have a specific question about a feature? Punch it in.

Could that be improved on? That depends. I am guessing you wanted them to provide a link, or provide a thumb drive with the manual on it? Different manufacturers have different takes on this. On an unrelated note, one of the fleet of vehicles I drive at work (a Ford) was a '25 model and while I was familiarizing myself with it I discovered you can bring the manual up and search it on the vehicle's (tiny) touch screen. While I applaud that manufacturer's approach, I find my phone/computer's digital copies to be easier for me to use. I'll give the Blue Oval a kudo for their effort though.
No, not at all. That would have been nice though. My problem (confusion) is that in their print manual (pp 254) there is a printed URL and a scan image to link me to the online digital manuals. It results in "no manuals found for your 2025 landcruiserprado".

It's right there in the printed owner's manual, pp254. Look at your manual and I expect you will see the same thing.

Delaware - it’s ok. Don’t think the price you or anyone else pays equates w/ ‘level of service’ with on-line owners manuals. Might look to see when you bought your LC if you bought that India Package providing a year of IT support. Guessing you’re just a blast to be around @ a restaurant.
Just kidding around.
Why not? I suspect that when you own Bentley, Genesis, AMG Mercedes your expectation is that your ownership experience will be the same as the average Hyundai Elantra or Toyota Corolla?

What do restaurants have to do with this subject?

My point was that I had found and downloaded the digital version of the manual before I had the hard copy manual (and the vehicle) in-hand.

They should fix the typo for sure. I suspect someone changed the URL after the manual was printed without consulting. That is disappointing, but a little interwebz searching brings up the manual easy enough.

You really should never rely on a printed web URL. As soon as it is printed consider it out of date. The manuals are readily available online with Nero-zero effort. This is an unserious complaint.
