GX550 fuel tank in a Land Cruiser

For clarity........... There is a void in the LC's tank that isn't there in the GX's tank, that prevents the GX tank from settling into the LC's recesses.

It must have something to do with the Li battery and the mounts for it. I appreciate your input on this forum. It has been great to learn from others here.

Actually it's the link mounts that are used on LC vs the GX550's ..... e-KDSS (electronic-kinetic dynamic suspension system) that does use the same type of suspension. It was a very expensive lesson on my part......LOL
