Fuel gage to empty getting less and less

My numbers corrected to GPS:
  • 332.5 miles travelled
  • 21.85 mpg (down .9mpg following roam roof box install)
  • 332.12 miles DTE actual (based on 15.2 gallon indication range)
  • DTE (indicated) effectively matches DTE (actual)
My new baseline:
  • ~55-60 mile "reserve"
  • 387.5 - 392.5 mile actual range
  • 407.9 - 413.2 mile indicated range

I really need to pull the trigger on some wheels so I can mount up these 275s, and then go about nerding out on this all over again...
I need to correct my numbers using a GPS as well. Though Miss Daisy is still on OEM Michelin LTX’s. I wonder if she is far off on MPG.

Aren't we lucky to have the 2.8 diesel here!
With a 110 litre fuel tank and consumption around 9.7l/100km (mix of city and open road, BFG KO3's and roof rack), that is a possible range of 1100km or 687 miles. The fuel gauge generally shows empty around 1000km, but it only takes around 100l to fill up, so I guess there is 10l in reserve. A previous car was a LR4 5l V8 which had <600km range, so I am happy not to have range anxiety any more.

Welcome to the asylum.
